Weiler Rubber Technologies specializes in the manufacture of inflatable seals and bladders for simple to complex sealing, clamping/holding, and lifting applications. Inflatable seals are made in house by hand to our customers’ exact specifications.

Unlike compression seals, inflatable seals are inflated to close a designed sealing gap. Compared to regular elastomeric seals, inflatable seals are able to work in loose tolerance sealing gaps and sealing surfaces which have misalignment. They are specifically designed to inflate, which ultimately helps to form a tight barrier between the mounting and striking surface. Inflatable seals are simpler to use as they demand less force while guaranteeing 100% sealing. It is the ideal fix for your unique sealing applications.
